Characteristics of the event:
- Route: The race usually has a route of approximately 5 kilometres, adapted so that women of all ages and physical conditions can participate, either running or walking. It will start at the Plaza de Canarias, next to the Port of Las Palmas, and will finish at the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, in Las Canteras Beach.
- Participation: Although it is mainly focused on women, in some editions men are allowed to participate in special categories or as companions, thus encouraging inclusion and support for the cause.
- Solidarity Causes: Part of the funds raised through registrations go to local organisations working in the fight against breast cancer and other initiatives related to women's health.
Ambience and Activities:
Race day becomes a real party in the city. In addition to the competition, parallel activities such as aerobics classes, zumba, health workshops, information stands and musical performances are organised, creating a playful and educational atmosphere for all attendees.
