In all our excursions we are very flexible and if you cancel more than 24 hours before the activity takes place, you can cancel or change the date of the activity, excursion and/or visit without penalty. For more information, please check this link.
That said, the purchase of visits that include tickets, as in the case of the GUIDED VISIT OF THE ALHAMBRA, can NOT be cancelled or modified and, therefore, in the event of cancellation by the client, the amount paid is non-refundable.
For those activities purchased on our website, but provided by other suppliers, each service and supplier will apply their cancellation policy and their conditions in the time estimated in their own terms & conditions and depending on the time in advance with which the User cancels their reservation may incur cancellation fees applied by that supplier.
